A blue campaign for a red party
In Denmark the Democrats are red. But in the US they are blue.
So to show Socialdemokratiets support for Hillary Clinton in the US presidential election, we switched their political color from red to blue on election day. The color take-over was launched as a double page spread in Politiken, and in their own media channels for one day exclusively, with an important message: Blue for a day. Red for life.
The campaign caught the attention of the media and was shared on Social media
For years, Danish politics has been dominated by wing parties. Polarizing the Danish people, instead of uniting them. So we helped Socialdemokratiet claim the middle position for the 2019 election, with the story ‘Lad os samle Danmark igen’. Told through social, print, PR and outdoor, leading up to the election in June 2019.
Youngest prime minister ever elected
The creative platform was launched 1,5 years prior to the election, priming voters with creative campaigns. Helping Mette Frederiksen win, and become the youngest Danish Prime Minister ever.
